Bader Organization discusses monitoring and documenting violations with journalists and civil society activists.

The Bader Development and Community Media organization held a discussion session titled “Monitoring and Documenting Violations.”

The session was attended by several journalists and civil society activists to assess the capacity-building requirements for monitoring and documenting violations, as well as mechanisms for case coverage and the methodology of monitoring and documentation.

The session covered several topics, including:

  • What are the challenges and difficulties faced by activists in monitoring and documenting violations in Syria?
  • What skills and knowledge are necessary for carrying out a professional and reliable monitoring and documentation process?
  • What are the available sources and tools for activists to enhance their capabilities in monitoring and documenting violations?
  • What opportunities and partnerships are possible for activists to exchange experiences and information with other organizations and initiatives working in the field of monitoring and documenting violations?
  • What are the strategies and objectives expected from the process of monitoring and documenting violations in Syria?

It is worth mentioning that the Bader Development organization consistently holds discussions and listening sessions with journalists, civil society activists, and human rights advocates to assess their needs concurrently with capacity-building in monitoring and documenting violations, as well as the mechanisms for case coverage and the methodology of monitoring and documentation.
